The votes made on the ballot paper at the end of the different sessions will be the deciding factor in this award.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Pr\u00e9mio Impacto<\/strong> is presented by the Rectory of the University of Porto. The aim of this prize is to reward a film for its thematic importance, aesthetic care and creativity. It is awarded by a jury made up of members of the university and young secondary school students.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Pr\u00e9mio APEI (<a href=\"https:\/\/apei.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Association of Early Childhood Education Professionals<\/a>)<\/strong>\u00a0is a new award created this year.
