{"id":8909,"date":"2026-06-08T10:00:27","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T09:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indiejunior.com\/?p=8909"},"modified":"2026-06-08T11:37:31","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T10:37:31","slug":"call-for-entries-indiejunior-porto-2027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indiejunior.com\/en\/call-for-entries-indiejunior-porto-2027\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Entries IndieJ\u00fanior Porto 2027!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Filmmakers from all over the world: you can submit your entries until 30 September (deadline extended)!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s time for the Call for Entries for the next edition of IndieJ\u00fanior Porto.<\/p>\n<p>IndieJ\u00fanior Porto \u2013 the <strong>11th International Children\u2019s and Youth Film Festival \u2013 will take place from 25 to 31 January 2027<\/strong>. It is a film festival aimed at children and young people, with programmes tailored for families and schools, promoting access to culture through cinema.<\/p>\n<p>The selection includes animated, fiction and documentary films, carefully curated to suit the target audience: ages 3+, 6+, 10+, 13+ and 16+; for schools: pre-school, primary (cycles 1, 2 and 3) and secondary.<\/p>\n<p>Short films (up to 45 minutes) in the genres of fiction, animation, documentaries or experimental films produced in 2025, 2026 or 2027 are eligible to apply.<\/p>\n<p>There are two awards: <strong>the Impact Award (\u20ac1,000) and the Audience Award (\u20ac300).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You can submit your films until 30 September.<\/strong> Portuguese short films are exempt from the entry fee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-medium fasc-type-flat fasc-rounded-medium\" style=\"background-color: #000000; color: #ffffff;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/indiejunior.com\/en\/submissions\/\">+info and applications<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Filmmakers from all over the world: you can submit your entries until 30 September (deadline extended)!
