What happens when we get together to make a movie? The possibilities are diverse and the results multiplier. We’ve invited an internationally renowned animation production company (BAP), an association that makes films in school and social contexts (ANILUPA) and a director who involved a neighbourhood in the creation of a film (Tota Alves). Three films will be screened: Percebes (Alexandra Ramires and Laura Gonçalves), As Cores do Oceano (Associação de Ludotecas do Porto and students from EB São João) and Conseguimos Fazer um Filme (Tota Alves), followed by a conversation about how films made in community contexts promote social, cultural and artistic development.
