Polka is a Czech folk dance with jumping, which later began to be performed at balls. The animated film by director and artist Tatyana Musalamova also depicts a ball, but the dancers are unusual guests… frogs who jumped out of their hiding places with the last drops of rain to begin a perky, almost acrobatic dance.
