IndieJunior Porto returns from 26 January to 1 February 2026 for its 10th edition. We’ve been invading the city of Porto with children’s and youth cinema for 10 years. We have a lot to celebrate and we want to celebrate with students of all ages! From Monday to Friday, we’ve prepared a number of school screenings from pre-school to secondary school.
IndieJunior Porto’s mission is to offer its target audience the opportunity to see films (animation, documentary and fiction) that don’t reach regular distribution channels, allowing them to meet new ways of seeing and thinking about the world that auteur cinema provides. The festival includes an international short film competition, which includes an audience award and where all children can take part!
