Come and discover the programme we have prepared for IndieJúnior 2027.

We would like to share with you a glimpse of the programme we have planned for schools in Porto from 25 to 29 January 2027. As with every edition, we will be offering sessions tailored to various educational stages and age groups, from pre-school to secondary school.

The Preview will take place on 11 November at 6.00 pm at Casa Comum, in the Rectorate of the University of Porto.

It will be an opportunity to present, first-hand, some of this year’s films, discuss the festival’s theme, reveal some of the workshops and masterclasses planned for schools, and highlight the activities aimed at teachers. We would also like to emphasise that this year we intend to devote more time to discussing the films inside the cinema itself, enhancing the experience of watching and discussing them together. But, above all, we want to create a chance for teachers to meet and socialise in a relaxed atmosphere, with music, food and drink, and time to simply enjoy each other’s company! The event is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.

The films we will be screening are:

“Chica”, by João Victor Silva and Matheus Malburg — Fiction, Brazil.
“That’s My Sister”, by Zoé Pelchat — Fiction, Canada.
